Christine Malpica Sullivan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of industry experience. She launched her career in 2008, quickly establishing herself by identifying, analyzing, and rehabbing distressed investment properties. Her early years were spent negotiating short sales and securing bank-owned assets for investors, which naturally evolved into a thriving client base with growing property management needs.
What began as a small property management company soon expanded under Christine’s leadership into a full-service real estate brokerage, management company, and community association firm managing over 700 combined units at its peak.
Christine’s sharp business acumen is matched by her personal passion for real estate investing, leading her to establish a private investment company focused on sustainable growth and revitalizing communities. She is actively involved in industry leadership, currently serving as Chair of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association’s Property Management Council and as a board member of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), contributing at both local and state levels.
Above all, Christine is most proud of her role as a mother. She treasures time with her daughter, especially their shared love for travel and adventure. Grounded in family and fueled by a deep commitment to excellence, Christine leads with vision, heart, and the kind of expertise only earned through decades of hands-on experience.
