Christine Malpica Sullivan, (f/k/a Christine Malpica Bennett), is the Principal Broker and Founder of Evolve Property Group, a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in property management, asset stabilization, and investment real estate throughout Central and North Florida.
With nearly two decades of experience in property management and real estate operations, Christine has owned, built, and scaled multiple management companies, as well as a Community Association Management (CAM) firm, overseeing portfolios ranging from small investor holdings to large multi-market operations. Her work focuses on the operational side of real estate the systems, management, and strategic oversight required to stabilize assets, improve performance, and protect long-term property value.
Christine frequently works with property owners, investors, lenders, attorneys, receivers, and asset managers on distressed or underperforming properties. Her expertise lies in analyzing real operating performance, identifying inefficiencies, stabilizing cash flow, and implementing management strategies that reposition assets for long-term success. She is also engaged in litigation support and expert analysis involving property management operations, standard of care, and asset performance.
In addition to her real estate expertise, Christine has experience managing the operations of a law firm and working as a paralegal. She is familiar with legal processes including depositions, discovery, evidentiary documentation, court procedures, and jury selection. This combined operational and legal background allows her to provide clear, practical insight in matters involving property management disputes and real estate asset performance.
As an industry leader, Christine is an active contributor to the real estate and property management community. She has served in leadership roles with the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and professional property management organizations and is regularly invited to speak on topics including operational turnaround, scaling property management companies, distressed asset management, and investment property strategy.
Christine is also a recognized voice in the property management industry, speaking at national conferences and professional associations where she shares practical systems, operational frameworks, and real-world insights from nearly twenty years in the field.
